I am continuously being blown away by the caring people in our world. I'm lucky in that some of these caring people are my friends :)
Blanca, a social worker and author of Sweet Lime and Savory Snack, just announced her involvement in Yoga Bear. This non-profit agency has a simple but highly worthwhile mission: to link cancer survivors to yoga as a way of promoting their healing and well being ... and best of all, the yoga memberships are free! How amazing is that?!
If any one is, or knows, a cancer survivor interested in yoga please refer them to Blanca at Blanca@yogabear.org or ask them to join the Yoga Bear community at www.yogabear.org.
