November, at last!

{Scarlet Autumn via I Brake for Bokeh Photography}

Happy November, everyone! I'm incredibly excited about this month :) Not only is it the biggest shopping month of the year (yay for us shop-o-holics!), but it's also NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month).

You'll have to forgive me if I pop on the blog to have a mini writer's freak-out here and there throughout the month. NaNoWriMo is a highly caffeinated frenzy of an ordeal, and hopefully I'll come out with the full 50,000 word minimum unscathed ;)

If at all interested in following this little journey of mine, let it be known that there will be Starbucks and Disneyland write-in adventures to relay to you! I've heard that the Disneyland write-in includes a trip to the Build-A-Bear studio at Downtown Disney to create a bear in the likeness of your main character!

Also, please tune in to Haute Whimsy's newest sponsors and give them some love! Along with these lovely new sponsors, keep and eye out for tons of giveaways and some Black Friday excitement in the weeks to come!

  10. Hi Stephanie! This will be my third year participating in NaNoWriMo. I always have these grand ideas of finishing my novel in the 30 days. but something tends to come up every year. This year seems nice and mellow though, so I have a hunch that this is the year to "win"!
