Black Swan Martini

Black Swan Martini
(makes two drinks)

  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 4 oz. white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 tsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp. black sugar crystals

1. In a small saucepan, gently heat half and half. Off heat, gradually whisk in white chocolate until melted. Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate until cool. Stir in vodka and simple syrup.

2. Dip rims of martini glasses in water, then dip in black sugar. Put 1 tsp. of chocolate syrup in each glass. Tilt glass to form stripes. Pout in martini mixture and serve. Enjoy!
