Queen Bee

{Hive Honey Set via BioDidactic Designs}

Okay, this may sound like a strange thing to blog about, but I really want to share this bit of wisdom. Switching from refined sugar to honey changes everything!

I've been using honey in absolutely everything that needs sweetening- coffee, oatmeal, marinades, soup (butternut squash), etc. I've even traded buttered toast in for honey toast. Guess what happened after just 2 weeks ...

While getting ready for bed last night, I was able to pull off my "tight" jeans without unzipping them! I knew they were looser than usual, but not that loose!

Girls, toss that granulated sugar. It's EVIL!

  1. REALLY?! I'm interested in learning more about this- can you really substitute honey for sugar in anything? I'm ALL about losing some weight!

  2. So far, so good! And I FEEL a lot better. I don't know if it's just the weight loss, or the fact that they compare sugar to a drug and now I'm off it ... but I have so much more energy than I did two weeks ago!

  5. Interesting. I've always heard that all sugar is the same. That it doesn't make a difference if it's honey or processed cane sugar or whatever.
