Do you know those days where you wake up on the right side of the bed, only to realize that it was a dirty, dirty trick and that your world is spinning out of control? Yeah, that's been my day week month.
July has been a stressful month with a slew of commitments, financial woes and the preparation of a new freelance launch. Pair that with the fact that everything needs to be fixed and in its place before I leave for Washington in two weeks and you've got yourself a "crazy Jen"!
I broke down and gorged on Taco Bell and Mountain Dew this evening- quite a stretch from my recent healthy eating. Do I feel guilty? Nope. I'm embracing the momentary meltdown. How do you cope with stress?

I cope with stress the exact way you do.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not the only one!
ReplyDeleteHaha, that's how I cope with stress. Chinese or mexican food and some wine :)
ReplyDeleteMmm, Mexican food sounds amazing right about now. Authentic Mexican food, not Taco Bell ;)
ReplyDeleteHey Jen,
ReplyDeleteSending you Hugs here..all the way from Singapore.
I've recently been jogging about 3-4 times a week, and strangely after jogging, I always feel much happier. I also like using lavender oils, lemongrass oils. It reminds me of spa....a heavenly place. I eat ice-cream too. That's how I cope with stress :)
