Bilberry Pillow Tea

Last, but certainly not least for the tea portion of the Whimsy Diet is the fantabulous Bilberry tea! It does something incredibly important to anyone who's trying to better their eating habits: it controls midnight snacking (my biggest downfall).

1 cup of Bilberry tea evens out blood sugar levels which is what causes you to crave sweet and salty junk before bed. It's an antioxidant, too - perfect for those of us who don't eat enough blueberries ;)

My pound of tea cost $10 and will last forever at a single cup a day, just like the Chickweed tea. It has a strange flavor that reminds me of McDonald's condiments, which I don't mind at all. I actually find myself looking forward to my nightly Bilberry!

*I have one more drink that aids in weight loss that I'll share next week. It's not a tea, but it's quite lovely and a bit of a treat.
