Fill in the Blank Friday

1. My greatest strength is my optimism. I almost always have a "can do" attitude, and it has helped me to accomplish seemingly impossible tasks. It's a fulfilling strength!

2. My greatest weakness is Nutella. Seriously. I have a problem! (although, I haven't had any since the start of The Whimsy Diet)

3. People always compliment me on my creativity.

4. If you found me procrastinating you'd probably find me pinning amazing things on Pinterest. Follow me!

5. The most cozy place in all the world is in the car with the windows down and the heat blasting. Or front of the fireplace at the cabin, of course!

6. Something new that I tried recently was a restaurant near the beach called Ortega 120. I'd been wanting to try it for years because the building has such an intriguing aesthetic, but the food was a bit of a letdown. Everything was over-salted (yes, there's such a thing!), but at least they offer 120 different tequilas to wash it down with ;)

7. This weekend I would like to absolutely gorge on Easter food - ham, mashed potatoes with ham gravy, brown sugar carrots, pea salad, Hawaiian bread dip and veggies ... the list goes on and on! I'll count this as a cheat day for the diet ;)

oh, and gorging on Easter yummies...it's my firm belief that on holidays and birthdays all food is fat free, calorie free, and sugar free. nothing is off limits!!

  5. It is such a dissapointment when you try a new place and it is such a let down! And I agree over-salting does exisit, I dont even add salt to my food, so it is really easy thing for me to notice!
