I've been working with Theme Park Tourist for over a year now. It's a fantastic website dedicated to keeping us all updated on breaking news for all of the major theme parks around the world. They cover USA, UK and even Asia! When I first started writing for them, they would send me out to theme park attraction openings and special events so I could capture some of the first photos and break the story the day of the openings.
After awhile, TPT had me pen a Disneyland Secrets column and I'm now their official Disneyland correspondent. I just visited the Disneyland Resort for a very cool extended 4D sneak peek of Oz the Great and Powerful, and I'd love to share my article with you: Not in Kansas Anymore.
I can't wait for the March 8, 2013 release date - IMAX, here I come! Who's with me?!
I love the OZ books, and I loved Return to OZ, the movie (from the 80s, I think?) That was SO GOOD!
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely be seeing this new movie when it comes out. I'm not sure how I feel about James Franco being in it, though... am I the only one who thinks he seems sorta, er... yucky?
Return to OZ was a favorite of mine, too! I don't know too much about James Franco but he does seem kind of goofy. Maybe that will work in his favor this time? We'll see!
DeleteI love James Franco! I prefer him in more serious roles, though, like Milk or 127 Hours. I remember him most from back in the day when he played a "freak" in Freaks and Geeks. :)
DeleteWhat a freaking awesome job! Great article!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Justine :)
DeleteI'm so excited to see this movie (but not in 3D. 3D movies freak me out...)
