Day 2 of epic migraine (brought on by nature, I'm quite sure - thanks, Spring). I spent most of the day popping allergy pills and gulping coffee because a) I'm a fan of the bean juice and b) it's supposed to be a natural antihistamine. It pretended to work for a little while but then the pain came back in full force ... and I was out of Advil! Flash forward to the end of the day and my boyfriend miraculously found a stash of off-brand ibuprofen.
I decided to have a little fun with dinner since I was on the mend and ate a stupid amount of cheese and crackers. I also paired carrot sticks (my latest food obsession) with an Orange Miso Sesame dressing which was AMAZING!
Boom. Migraine vanquished!
